FAW Electrical has serviced Nowra, Vincentia, Berry and other regions throughout Shoalhaven for more than 15 years. First established in 2001, our business offers the most reasonable rates on domestic and commercial electrical work in the area. Wiring, cables, lighting—whatever you need, we can do it. When you require electrical repairs or installations in your home, apartment or business, your first call should be FAW Electrical.

Our business is based on a partnership between two individuals, Scott Rutledge and Wayne Elder. Wayne takes care of all level 2 service work. Scott handles all other electrical work for the business, like general servicing, repairs and installations.

For the past decade, we have enjoyed a contract with the Defense Housing Australia (DHA) organisation, and work with major builders like GJ Gardner to provide services our community can depend on.

Our experienced tradesmen oversee every project and do the bulk of the work. However, we also take great pride in bringing local apprentices through the ranks. Many of our current employees started with us this way.

Level 2 Service Provider

As a certified level 2 service provider, FAW Electrical can also install, repair and maintain overhead and underground powerlines. We handle significant construction and renovation jobs without issue.

Long-Term Projects

For the past ten years, FAW Electrical has enjoyed a contract with the Defense Housing Australia (DHA) organisation. We are their trusted contractors anytime they are running into a new installation, maintenance or repair project that requires completion to the highest standard.DHA – Defence Housing Australia, DHA supplies housing and related services to Australian Defence Force members and their families

FAW Electrical have been providing emergency maintenance, repairs and upgrades to Defence Housing Homes for 13 years in the Shoalhaven this requires us to suitably qualify and maintain a high quality of workmanship, honesty and reliability to ensure this association continues.

We provide specific tradespeople to complete these works which require appropriate qualifications and requirements which align with Defence policy and guidelines.

We also have a relationship with major builders such as GJ Gardner, doing electrical work for their construction projects. We have set up the wiring for various charity homes that were auctioned off in Nowra over the past few years. We are a locally owned business that takes pride in giving back to the community.

GJ Gardner Homes – FAW Electrical Pty Ltd have been providing expert electrical design suggestions and quality fit-outs to GJ Gardner Homes Shoalhaven for many years. Assisting clients to tailor their electrical requirements to suit current trends.

We have also been associated with the completion of both GJ Variety Freedom House charity projects in both Bomaderry and Carrington Heights Nowra helping to raise funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity.

FAW Electrical continue to provide quality service and advice to Hotondo Homes clients from concept to completion.
